Most men are never truly formed by another man.
TTP is a structured brotherhood built on one ancient principle: the men ahead of you invest in you, so you can invest in the men coming up behind you.
89% of churches use the Sunday sermon as their primary discipleship tool. 95% of that content is forgotten within three days. Men are being informed, not formed.
Iron sharpens iron. That is not a motivational phrase. It is a description of what real formation requires: friction, proximity, and another man who refuses to let you stay soft. Proverbs 27:17.
"The things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others." 2 Timothy 2:2
TTP is the structure built around that truth. Not a program, not a conference, not another meeting on your calendar. A relational framework that connects a man to someone ahead of him, someone beside him, and gives him someone to pour into. You enter through activity. You go deeper through relationship. The pattern transmits itself.
One Above. One Across. One Below. Not a small group but a structure of accountability and transmission. You are responsible to the man above you and for the man below you.
An Arm forms around a single shared activity: running, gym, motorcycles, fishing. You meet in person at least once a week. No hierarchy beyond logistics. Brotherhood through doing.
TPN is the prayer backbone of everything TTP builds. Open to men and women. Members submit requests, carry each other's needs, and receive a shared prayer list three times a week. Prayer is not a footnote. It is the foundation.
